Sales and Use Tax: Government Administration and Tax Compacts

Description:

This course provides an in-depth discussion on the roles of administrative state agencies, both independently and as they cooperate with each other in interstate/regional tax compacts.

It provides tips for charting multistate tax milestone dates. Also, it summarizes major court decisions about nexus and responses to the decisions by interstate agencies such as the Multistate Tax Commission and Federation of Tax Administrators.
