CCH Editorial Staff

The rules of the general business credit provides an overall limitation on the amount of tax credits that may be claimed in any single tax year.

However, the general business credit also provides for the carrying over of any unused credits to other tax years. We will review these credits in the order of that they are claimed on Form 1040.

Throughout the course we will point out how to claim the credits, any special rules, and the limitations that are imposed on the credits.
