This course will focus on the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 two years since its passage. While this Act did not contain any direct tax changes, it has affected corporate directors, auditors, and investors, as well as certain entities. We will focus on some of the provisions of the Act as they affect each of these groups.
