CCH Editorial Staff

  • Examines the impact of the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (JGTRRA '03) and the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 (TIPRA ’05) on wealth preservation planning

  • Explores several estate planning opportunities in a changing interest rate environment

  • Highlights two hot estate planning techniques: the grantor retained annuity trust (GRAT), and the family limited partnership (FLP)
