The third course in this series reviews the preparation of Schedules J, K and L, which are used to report expenses, debts and losses of the estate.Topics covered that relate to Schedule J include funeral expenses and other miscellaneous expenses (e.g., selling expenses, interest).   • Debts of the decedent and mortgages and liens
  • Unsecured debts
  • Secured debts
  • Net losses during administration and expenses incurred in administering property not subject to claims
