This course focuses on the tax aspects of buying or selling a home. It provides a description of the First-time Homebuyer credit. It also explains the tax advantages of deducting qualified mortgage insurance premiums, as well as the treatment of gains and losses resulting from selling a home, and the tax treatment of foreclosures.
