This course focuses on tax pathways out of economic distress for both individuals and businesses.

The economy and other large-scale factors can have a detrimental affect on a taxpayer’s wealth. Tax rules can be used to alleviate some of the financial hardship that often results.This course will consider some key tax rules that can make trying economic circumstances a little easier for homeowners, investors, and business owners. The tax rules discussed include allowing deductions or income exclusions for certain items.
